By downloading, installing, or using the Synth AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Synth AI is a voice-controlled digital assistant capable of making phone calls, opening applications, and browsing the web instantly using just your voice.

3. Purchase and Billing

Synth AI is available as a one-time purchase on the Google Play Store. Upon completing the purchase, you receive lifetime access to the App. All billing and payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide the necessary permissions (Accessibility, Microphone, Contacts) required for the App's core functionality to operate.
• You are solely responsible for actions executed by the agent on your behalf, including the placing of phone calls or accessing of external links.
• You agree not to modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary information from the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or operational damages resulting from misinterpreted voice commands, service outages, or automated digital actions performed by the Agent.
