Synth AI is available as a one-time paid purchase on the Google Play Store. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the app description, preview images, and demo video provided on the Play Store listing.

2. Google Play Refund Window

Google Play automatically provides a 2-hour refund window from the time of purchase. Within this period, you may request a full refund directly through the Google Play Store without contacting us. After this window has closed, the purchase is considered final.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

After the 2-hour Google Play window, we may grant a refund on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• You were erroneously charged due to a verified billing glitch.
• The Synth AI app experiences a critical outage rendering it completely non-functional for an extended period.
